At Pettival Pets, we want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pettivalpets.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card/Stripe). Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. The time for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective item).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@pettivalpets.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have come into direct contact with pets (such as used toothbrushes or brushes with pet hair) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
