Why did I receive only part of my order? To ensure each grooming tool meets our professional standards, items are often dispatched directly from our specialized artisan workshops. This means your order may arrive in 1-2 separate, tracked packages. It’s our way of getting your Doodle’s new favorite tools to you as fast as possible without compromising quality.

- Standard Shipping (United States): Typically 7–15 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Yes! Our Pettival™ Dematting Rakes and Fine-Tooth Combs are designed with rounded edges to ensure they are skin-safe for both cats and dogs, regardless of hair length.
How do I clean the Silicone Lick Mat?
Our fish-shaped lick mats are made from food-grade silicone. They are dishwasher-safe or can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water.
